CLIENT: National Respite Australia
For this project I was asked to do a Membership form and an Annual Report cover for National Respite Australia, both created using a mixture of InDesign and Illustrator.
The finished Membership form is fully interactive, a customer can fill in the form digitally, check and uncheck boxes.
The left-most Annual Report cover was eventually chosen as the final design.
